(Serves 1)

Ingredients

1 cup brown rice
1 tbsp turmeric
½ tin chickpeas
½ cup peanut butter
1 cup popcorn
Soy sauce to garnish
Strawberries and grapes on the side

Instructions

  1. Mix rice and water with turmeric and cook to instructions.
  2. Add rice to serving dish.
  3. Add chickpeas, popcorn and peanut butter.
  4. Garnish with soy sauce to taste.
