Sir David Amess MP animal welfare advocate

We are shocked and saddened to hear the news that Sir David Amess MP has been killed while serving his constituents. Sir David was an avid supporter of animal welfare issues and has supported World Animal Protection on many occasions, including last year when he tabled an Early Day Motion and spoke at our Parliamentary event calling for an end to the wildlife trade.

We are deeply grateful to Sir David for his dedication to animal welfare and our thoughts are with his family, friends, and colleagues at this tragic time.
