Here are just four of the incredible things you helped to achieve in September.

🐬80,000 of you signed our Dutch petition calling for a dolphin breeding ban

We handed over 80,000 petition signatures to Dutch politicians in an offline event that was accompanied by a giant dolphin and a VR experience. The Netherlands is home to the largest marine mammal park in Europe – Harderwijk – which currently has 27 dolphins held in captivity.

💊You raised awareness about anti-microbial resistance in India

We conducted a live show on Facebook to make people aware about the anti-microbial resistance and its impact on people, animals, and the environment. 75% of the global antibiotics are used in farmed animals.

🐊You called out Hermés to end their use of crocodile skin in their luxury products

Hundreds of passionate people from around the world joined us to call on luxury fashion brand, HermÊs, to end their use of crocodile skin in their products. We revealed Hermès' disturbing plans to greatly expand the Australian crocodile farming industry. Crocodiles endure great suffering to produce skins 'fit' for high-end items, such as Hermès handbags.

🐶You fed hundreds of abandoned dogs in Thailand

We provided more than two tons of food for more than 400 dogs at Wat Hua Koo Buddhist temple and the wider Dindang community. The temple has limited resources, and normally tries to do its best for its area's stray dogs and cats, but during the strict coronavirus lockdown they faced the distressing situation of more dogs than usual coming to the temple and fewer people leaving donations.
