Success! KFC working with us to improve chicken welfare

We’ve made some real progress with our Change for Chicken campaign. Following our second meeting with KFC UK & Ireland, we have agreed to work together to improve the welfare of chickens in the company’s Western European supply chain and across the poultry industry.
We will help KFC implement a welfare programme that aims to deliver better lives for millions of chickens in the UK and Europe, as well as address the concerns of consumers. Their updated welfare policy is now on their website.
We welcome this positive first step and will continue to challenge them to improve. KFC has the power to improve the lives of millions of chickens, not just in Western Europe, but across the globe.
