Although you can easily get plant-based stuffing in the shops, it’s super easy to make your own. Why not try something a bit different this year with this recipe for a wild rice, cranberry and pine nut stuffing? 

Yorkshire Puddings   

If you like a Yorkshire pudding with your Christmas dinner, you don’t have to miss out if you’re going plant-based this year. This recipe from Waitrose promises the perfect plant-based puds, crisp and puffy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. 

Chilli Sprouts

Sprouts don’t have to be boring – spice them up with a bit of chilli! 

Paprika and Thyme Whole Roasted cauliflower 

Roasted whole, this cauliflower flavoured with paprika and thyme could easily be the centrepiece to a meal, but you can also serve in slices as an accompaniment to your main dish.
