The Great North Run is one of the most popular half marathons around. It attracts world class athletes like Mo Farah, is shown by the BBC and has over 57,000 runners taking part.

Join our team and be a part of it! The money you raise will be protecting animals around the world from cruelty and suffering - from ending bear baiting and cruel blood sports, to securing better treatment of farm animals.

Registration is £40 and we will ask you to pledge to raise an additional £250 to help animals in need.

Register with your own place

If you already have your own place but would like to run for animals, please just let us know. We’ll send you everything you need to fundraise and run for Team World Animal Protection.
