Coronavirus: we must unite to end wild animal exploitation
This is what we are doing during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic
Firstly, we wanted to let you know we are thinking of you, your family and pets and hope you all stay safe and healthy during this challenging time.
We appreciate and greatly value the unwavering support you have continued to show animals.
With coronavirus believed to have originated at wildlife markets, how can we continue to ignore the link between consuming wildlife, being in close contact with wild animals in the name of entertainment, using them as medicine or thinking it’s okay to keep them as exotic pets?

Wildlife belongs in the wild. It’s now more critical than ever that we all come together and call for an end to the exploitation of wild animals and stop the global wildlife trade.
Over the course of the coming weeks and months, we will continue campaigning to tackle this issue and others that cause suffering to animals. At times like this it can be hard not to feel powerless, but you are not. Now, more than ever, your support matters.
For the foreseeable future all our UK based team will be working remotely, with our Supporter Care team still available via email, phone or on our social media channels. Your support means the world to animals and to us, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries.
We understand this is a very difficult time for everyone, therefore it’s important we stay connected. Please keep an eye on our social media channels, or sign up to our newsletter below, for ways you can continue to help animals.
